The Vocal Activation Method is offered exclusively in structured 10 week packages, with a minimum commitment of 20 sessions. While clients often experience immediate breakthroughs, these early results are temporary without consistent reinforcement. Lasting vocal change comes from building new habits — a process research suggests takes approximately 66 days. For this reason, our core package includes 20 sessions of 30 minutes each, scheduled twice per week over 10 weeks. This cadence provides the repetition and continuity necessary to transform new vocal behaviors into stable, automatic patterns. Unlike many programs that treat the voice as a single fixed outcome, the Vocal Activation Method recognizes the voice as a nuanced and evolving instrument. For clients seeking continued growth — including advanced technical development, singing, or professional voice use — we offer ongoing training options. For higher-session packages or long-term coaching, please contact us directly at contact@vamethod.com.

If your voice already possesses the necessary baseline vocal functions, results can be immediate. The Vocal Activation Method is uniquely designed to produce these rapid breakthroughs. However, while early changes happen quickly, true transformation is only consolidated through continuous activation guided by precision, strategy, and in-depth technical expertise. In simple terms — the higher the frequency and the longer the commitment, the more permanent and stable the results become. Research indicates that it takes roughly two months to establish a new habit. This is why the 10 week program requires a minimum commitment of 20 sessions. Each session is 30 minutes, with two sessions per week over a 10-week period. This structure is intentionally designed to reinforce new vocal patterns until they become easily accessible. Development doesn't stop at the 10 week mark. For ambitious clients who wish to continuously advance their vocal functions and tonal qualities, the Vocal Activation Method offer long term education plan. please contact us directly at contact@vamethod.com to learn more. For voices that require foundational technical development, the timeline may vary. We recommend booking a Vocal Function Clarity Assessment for a professional evaluation of your current vocal condition and a clear, personalized path toward results.

No. It is important to understand that this is not vocal therapy. While the Vocal Activation Method has been adopted by speech therapists and clinicians, gender voice training itself does not treat or repair medically impacted voices. The method focuses on functional vocal coordination, habit formation, and expressive development — not medical rehabilitation. Jimmy is not a licensed speech therapist.
